1. Transparent & Flat Pricing
viaDOTS follows a flat and transparent pricing model to ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness for all users. The fare displayed at the time of booking represents the base fare for the selected ride category and route. No hidden charges, last-minute fluctuations, or on-ride negotiations will apply.

2. Exclusions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the displayed fare does not include:
- Applicable toll charges
- State entry fees or interstate permits
- GST or other applicable taxes
- Additional service requests, including but not limited to:
- Multiple pick-ups or drop-offs
- Meet & Greet services
- Extended waiting time beyond the complimentary window
- Special vehicle requests or add-on amenities
These charges will be communicated and applied as per actuals.
3. Recent Pricing Update
viaDOTS has recently revised its pricing structure to enhance the overall service experience, including improved vehicle quality, professionally trained drivers, enhanced punctuality, and dedicated rider support.
4. No Surge Pricing
viaDOTS does not implement surge pricing. Peak hours, last-minute bookings, or high-demand periods will not affect the base fare.

6. Price Modifications
viaDOTS reserves the right to modify, update, or revise prices at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication within the app or website.
